1. General

Imprint Today provides custom printed and personalized products including, but not limited to, apparel, drinkware, promotional products, business cards, signage, and custom merchandise. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, images, photographs, artwork, text, or other content submitted for production.

By submitting artwork, the customer represents and warrants that they own or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to reproduce the submitted content.

Imprint Today reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or applicable laws.

3. Proof Approval

Digital proofs may be provided prior to production when applicable.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs for spelling, grammar, artwork placement, colors, sizing, and design accuracy.

Approval of a proof constitutes acceptance of the design as shown. Imprint Today is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

4. Product Variations

Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations may occur in:

• Print placement

• Ink colors

• Product dimensions

• Material texture

• Glaze finishes

• Handmade ceramic products

• Screen display color differences

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Production Times

Production times shown on our website are estimates only.

Actual production and delivery times may vary due to:

• Order volume

• Product availability

• Artwork revisions

• Supplier delays

• Shipping carrier delays

• Weather or other unforeseen circumstances

Production time begins after final artwork approval and payment confirmation.

6. Shipping

Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Imprint Today is not responsible for delays, lost packages, damaged shipments, weather interruptions, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for address corrections or reshipments.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because most products are custom made, personalized, or produced specifically for each customer, all sales are generally final.

Orders may qualify for replacement or refund only if:

• The product contains a manufacturing defect.

• The product differs substantially from the approved artwork.

• The wrong item was shipped.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and may require photographs or return of the product for inspection.

Custom products cannot be returned due to customer errors, change of mind, spelling mistakes submitted by the customer, or dissatisfaction with approved artwork.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible and charges may apply for work already completed, including artwork preparation, setup, materials, and production costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imprint Today shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the affected order.

10. Promotional Products & Product Safety

Customers are responsible for determining whether products are suitable for their intended use.

Product specifications, materials, and safety information are provided by manufacturers and suppliers when available. Imprint Today makes no warranties beyond those expressly stated.

11. Website Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and images are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

Imprint Today reserves the right to correct pricing, descriptions, specifications, or website errors at any time without prior notice.

12. Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

13. Governing Law
