Custom products are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Shipping Info
All products are made to order and production times vary depending on the item. Most photo sublimation products are produced within 1–7 business days, apparel and textile products within 3–7 business days, travel mugs and water bottles within 7–10 business days, printed ceramic products within 7–14 business days, and custom ceramic manufacturing projects within 14–30 business days. Production times do not include shipping transit time.
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of the package. Orders under 1 pound are typically shipped using USPS Ground Advantage, while larger packages may be shipped via USPS or UPS services. If your order contains multiple product types, items may ship separately as they become available. Packages may arrive in plain cartons, unmarked boxes, protective packaging, or loose-packed containers for bulk orders. It is normal for larger or mixed-product orders to arrive in multiple shipments on different delivery dates.
